In not waste time. Let's follow the instructions to change the hostname in linux .


Firstly, you need open "terminal" then type this command in your terminal .  "Entry" use the nano as a modifier to change hostname .


$ sudo nano /etc/hostname



After making changes to the hostname. You need to save and then log out and log in back. After that you will see changes to the original hostname hostname is changed.
